I get quite angry when i see negative reviews on this hotel. It's incredible value for money the staff are excellent and helpful. People who pay $20 for a hotel with a swimming pool and expect The Ritz are idiots. The rooms are spacious, air con is good, internet is good, swimming pool is very good. Booked this place as location near to place where we want to spend. Huge mistake! Rooms & toilet were dirty and smell like smoke. The room booked and the one given were a total opposite. We couldn't stand to even stay for a night. There's only one staff acted as the receptionist and apparently he's used to the sort of customer complain about the place. As we arrives late & expecting the place as shown on the picture, we ends up leaving a place and had to look for different place to stay in the middle of the night. I personally wouldn't recommend this place for anyone. There's other places to stay along the roads and its surrounding areas with better quality at the same price, if not better deals.

I booked this place due to it's location which was very near my place of work when I was in town. Was a big mistake. According to their booking.com page, they said they can arrange airport transfer, turned out to be a lie. I complained to booking.com and their "management", they said oh no we don't offer that and conveniently avoided answering my first question, "Why say you have that service in the first place"? So I had to pay extra for transfer (this is in South Jakarta, so it's expensive to the airport then if you were in Central Jakarta in a real hotel. I had paid extra for breakfast and all I got was half a cup of scrambled eggs, with two slices of barely toasted bread. I will not be returning.
